Shipping policy
We carefully package and ship each print in order to prevent bending, creasing, and other damage.
Sizes 11x17 and smaller are shipped flat via USPS.
All larger sizes are shipped in poster tubes via USPS.
We ship within 2-4 business days.
We offer free shipping through USPS. However, we do not guarantee the reliability or timeliness of USPS. Once the item is in transit we are no longer responsible for the items as the seller and cannot guarantee the agreed-upon delivery dates. If you require your order by a certain date, please use inquire regarding upgraded shipping charges. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
DAMAGED POSTERS.
If your posters arrive in anything other than excellent condition, please let us know, and we will work with you to issue a refund or provide new prints free of charge.
LOST PACKAGES.
In many cases, the packages suspected to be lost are merely delayed. Rarely packages are lost by USPS. If you suspect that your package has been lost, please reach out to your local USPS for additional information. Once the item is in transit we are unable to provide any further information than tracking provides. Please allow adequate time from shipment date before requesting a refund or replacement.
